1. How do I place an order?

Shopping on DressTheWater.com is easy.

You can choose the type of product from the main menu or shop by brand. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on ‘ADD TO BAG’. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. Calculate shipping cost by inputing your destination country and click on ‘Update Totals’. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

2. How do I shop duty free?

If you live outside the EU you can shop duty free on DressTheWater.com.

All prices shown include 20% UK VAT, which will be deducted from the final price at checkout if you choose to deliver your order to an address outside the EU.

Please note, however, that you may have to pay local custom duties and taxes once your order arrives at its destination. These costs are not refundable from DressTheWater.com.

3. I’m unsure about my size – can you help?

Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about the fit of an item, please contact us at info@dressthewater.com

4. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

To change your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes.

5. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order without incurring any cost, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

6. How long will delivery of my order take?

Delivery within the UK will normally take 2-3 working days.
Delivery to Europe will normally take 3-5 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world will normally take 5-7 working days.

7. How do I redeem a promotional code?

To use a promotional code, go to your ‘SHOPPING BAG’ and find the ‘coupon code’ field below the product photo. Input your code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’. You will see the promotion has been applied to the total price.

8. You have cancelled my order – why is this?

Although we endeavour to keep information on our website accurate, errors can occur and a sold-out item may still appear to be available. In such cases your order will be cancelled, but we will keep you informed should the item is back in stock again. To receive regular updates on new stocks please create an account if you are not already registered. Occasionally we run exclusive promotions for our registered customers.

9. How do I return unwanted items?

10. I like your blog – how can I subscribe?

It’s simple. Just type your email address in the blank ‘Email address’ field at the bottom of any page and click on ‘SIGN UP’. Or, use the sign-up area on the homepage. We will keep you updated about new post, new stock as well as promotional campaign.
